Do I accept initial claims or just appeals?
I am taking clients with both initial claims and appeals. Note that I do not charge for initial claims, so I only take a limited number of cases where there isn’t an appeal at issue. When it doubt please go ahead and contact me and if I can help, I will.
Why do I take only a small number of cases?
The fact is, VA claims are complicated and can take a great deal of time and research to prosecute successfully. It’s important to me that I really take the time to focus properly on all of the details of a case and make sure we can be successful.
